No one wants to have a Tower moment. But such moments are in deep service to our evolution. When we can embrace them, so much growth is offered to us.

A Tower moment hits and throws you for a loop. A lightning bolt of clarity and insight cuts through the lies and illusions you have been telling yourself, and now the truth comes to light. Your world may come crashing down before you, in ways you could never have imagined as you realize that you have been building your life on unstable foundations – false assumptions, mistruths, illusions, blatant lies, and so on. Everything you thought to be true has turned on its head.
In this episode I share about an initiatory experience that not only catapulted me from the Tower but into a deep void space (what I often refer to as the Death Lodge based on Bill Plotkin’s work), where many of my illusions needed to die. Not only were they my own illusions, but those held by many women walking a spiritual path.
The pain, grief and turmoil that I experienced, were necessary, and I know that I went through this experience because it is inevitable for all of us, at some point or another. I hold a new perspective (that will at some point be challenged in a similar way, as there is really no final destination).
